FACES Project is now VT FACES NETWORK

On February 28th, the FACES Project grant expired. Effective March 1st, the VT FACES NETWORK is pleased to announce that it has absorbed all FACES project initiatives to ensure the continuity of the original and desired outcome: to participate in, and help guide, the strengthening of adolescent treatment services across the state of Vermont. Under a family support organizational model, the mission remains: to communicate, collaborate, educate, navigate, advocate, integrate, and legislate to ensure a sustainable, accessible, appropriate, and effective system of care.
